Budget contracts and quotas - Summary tab

or This page displays a summary of all budget contracts and quotas that have been defined for the basic contract. If you are creating a new budget contract, first select the appropriate basic contract from the Contract selection list and click the More button.

Residual warning
In this section, you can specify whether a warning should be issued if the residual value of a value or quantity contract falls below a specific percentage of the start value. Activate the check box and enter a percentage in the Send warning at a residual value of field. A message is sent by e-mail and to the lobby of the purchaser responsible for the contract (message receiver) when this percentage is exceeded.
