Formats for cost codes and credit cards

or On this page, you can configure input boxes for control structures (types of costs, cost centres, projects and credit cards). This page is only displayed if control structure configurations have been loaded and allocated by the system administrator.
Depending on the system configuration, the page is divided into the following sections:
Note: Changes to the formats are only saved if you click the Save button in the company profile.
General
In this section, you can specify which input boxes should be configured. The display depends on where the command was called up. One or more options are then available for the configuration of the input boxes. Using these options you can decide whether the input boxes are divided into several blocks.
The following options are always available:

If this option is chosen, the selected configuration also applies to all subsidiaries. This option is always found at the bottom of the dialogue box. |
All other options depend on your company’s templates.
Division into different input blocks
This field is only shown if the selected configuration permits the input boxes to be divided into several blocks. Enter a character length for each desired block. A block with a character length of 0 will not be displayed in the input box. Please also refer to the explanations at the beginning of the section.
Settings
In this field you can make additional settings to divide into several input blocks. You can select different check rules for user input and select a separator from the selection list.
