Attributes
This section displays additional fields that have been added as catalog attributes. You can define attributes on the Product attributes page. No attributes are used for the normal catalog.
Catalog expiry date
This section is only displayed if you deactivate the option External catalog on the Catalog interface tab.
This section displays information about the number of products in the catalog that have been indexed and approved, and also the expiry date of the products and/or their prices. If you change the expiry date, the change is also applied to the expiry date of the products and their prices.
The Catalog update scheduled task checks the expiry date of the products. If the date has passed, the status of the affected products is set to inactive and they can no longer be ordered. Products without an active price are deactivated. They are activated when a validity date is reached.
To ensure continued access to the catalog if the catalog expires and its successor is not available in time, enter a new expiry date in the New expiry date field and click the Extend button.
Catalog import statistics
This section is only displayed if you deactivate the option External catalog on the Catalog interface tab.
Click the Statistics button to view detailed information about the import of the catalog.
Activate the Changes approve automatically check box if changes to the catalog made by the supplier do not have to be approved. If this option is deactivated, all changes made by the supplier or by another user must be approved on the Product data or Catalog comparison page.
Basic contracts
This section displays a list of all basic contracts that are assigned to this catalog.
