For further information, see .
The following sections are displayed for all scheduled tasks. Further sections and options may be available for individual tasks.
Type of repetition
In this section, you can enter the interval at which the scheduled task should be repeated.
After selecting an interval, additional fields are displayed in which you can specify the time the scheduled task is to be repeated.
Note: The extended fields are not visible if the No / Follow up task or Batch job setting was selected.
For a detailed description of the individual settings, see Repetitions.

Server |
In a system with distributed servers, you specify on which server a scheduled task should run. Most tasks only work on the database and can therefore run on any server, but some import or export tasks must store files in specific directories; in this case, these tasks can only run on a specific server. Select the server in question from the list with the setting Must be run on this server. If the entire system only runs on one server, this setting is superfluous; both options then have the same effect and the task runs as usual. |
Follow up tasks |
See Follow up tasks. Follow up tasks are all tasks which are No/Follow up tasks and so have no proprietary repetition configured. They appear in every task in this list. They are only carried out if they are set as follow up tasks in a task. If a follow up task is configured here, it is automatically called up and run when the previous task ends. |
