Properties
Option |
Description |
---|---|
Power user |
Activate this option to define the user as a power user. Power users can enter order quantities for products in an input field in the product search. Power users can therefore add several products to the basket without leaving the product search. Normal users can only add one product to the basket at a time. After adding the product to the basket, a normal user returns to his basket and can change the order quantity in the basket. |
User disabled |
Activate this option to withdraw access to the system from a user. If the user tries to log on, the message "Your access is blocked" is displayed. Deactivate this option to restore the user's access. |
Carbon copy user |
Activate this option to create a carbon copy user. A carbon copy user enables potential users to register themselves in the system and speeds up the process of adding users to the system. An administrator provides potential users with the log-on name and password of the carbon copy user. The potential users can log on using this data and make any necessary changes to the standard data of the carbon copy user, such as changing the name, log-on name and password. Tip: If you want to check the data of users who register themselves before they can access the system, activate the User disabled checkbox for the carbon copy user. Users can then register themselves, but cannot log on to the system until you have enabled their access. |

Activate this option if the user should not be permitted to create freeform orders for a catalog that is assigned to the company for freeform orders. |
