User rights request basic data attribute
Page finderOn this page you can enter values for a user rights request basic data attribute. For example, you can specify regions and purchasing groups for which users can request rights. These values are available to users for selection in user rights requests. User rights requests are filled in by users when they register or request rights.
The product attribute functionality is used to specify user rights request basic data.
Caution: With the exception of the Value field, you should not make any changes to the default settings. In particular changes in the fields Reference and Group may result in these values not being available to users in the rights application request.
In the Values field, enter the values that should be available to users in the user rights request. Press the ENTER key after every entry to separate the text of the entry from the text of the following entry. Then click Save.
Note: If you enter values for help pages for the authorization sets, make sure that the order of the values for the help pages (authorizationsets.help) corresponds to the order of the values for the authorization sets (authorization.sets). Use the following naming conventions for the help files: USS.helppagename.main.languagecode.htm, for example, USS.buyer.main.en.htm. For the Regions.help attribute, only the value Regionnummerhelp should be available, the corresponding file must have the name USS.helppagename.main.languagecode.htm, for example, USS.Regionnumbers.main.en.htm.
