SAP error messages

This page displays errors that have been reported by SAP.

You can search for specific entries in the list (see Searching for information) and change the way the list is displayed (see Working with lists).

The following information is displayed:

Column

Description

Basket number

Basket number of the basket affected

Name of the buying <company>

Current version

Current version of the export. If errors occur or if the data is exported again, the number is increased. With this number, you can establish whether a message from SAP refers to the current version or to an older version.

Order date

Date on which the order was created

Purchaser

Name of the purchaser

SAP message number

Number of the error message (automatically issued by SAP).

SAP message text

Textual description of the message (automatically issued by SAP). If a response has not yet been received from SAP, the text No message from SAP is displayed.

Action/Status

Status of the error message. The status may be:

Export again	Click the link to export the order again
Cancel	Click the link to cancel the order
Waiting for new export	You have exported the order again, but the scheduled task that exports the order has not yet run
Exported again	The order was successfully exported again
Cancelled after SAP error	You have cancelled the order
Waiting for ... hours for response from SAP	The system has not received a response from SAP for the given number of hours. Check the communication interface between the system and SAP.
