Catalog

When you select a catalog without entering a search term, all product groups of the selected catalog are displayed. Click to hide the product groups.

When you select a catalog and enter a search term, all product groups that contain your search term are displayed. When you click beside the catalog name the product groups of all catalogs that contain your search term are displayed. Your search term is highlighted.

Product group

When you click the icon in the product group display, the name of the corresponding project group is displayed in the search area. Superordinate product groups are marked with the icon and the name of these groups are shown in the mouse cursor tooltip. Click the appropriate symbol to display a superordinate product group.

When you click the icon , all product groups are displayed again. The results of the search are taken into account and only product groups that correspond to the search criteria are displayed.

Search term

Select a search criterion from the list and enter a search term. Click the Display results button.

Click to add another search criterion and  to delete a search criterion. If you enter several search criteria, only items that correspond to both criteria are displayed.

Unexact search

This option finds entries with similar spelling to the search term you entered.

Thesaurus

This option finds entries with a similar meaning to the search term you entered.

Display results button

Displays the product groups containing products that match the search criteria. The number of products found is also displayed.

Overview button

Displays the Groups tab. Only product groups are displayed that contain results of your search.

New search button

Deletes all search criteria and search results. You can now start another search.

Picture

If the display of pictures is enabled in your system a picture of the product may be displayed here

Product

Check box for selecting products. Use the icons and at the bottom left of the list to select or de-select all products

Product description with article number. Matching search terms are highlighted. Click on the description to display the Product data page.

Catalog

Name of the catalog and the product manufacturer. Click the icon to display the supplier data page.
