Users list - Validity tab

Page finder

This page displays a list of all users that you are authorized to edit with information about the validity period of their system access and their status. Which users are displayed here and which information you can edit depends on your rights as a company administrator. You can create, edit and delete users and extend the validity period of users' access to the system.

You can search for specific entries in the list (see Searching for information) and change the way the list is displayed (see Working with lists).

To extend the validity period of users' system access, activate the check box next to the users to select them, then enter a date in the New date valid until field and click the Extend button.

To delete users, activate the check box next to the users and click the Delete user button.

The following information is displayed:

Details

selects items for further processing, for example, extension of the validity period

displays details of the user profile

indicates a user who has been assigned to a role set. Position the mouse cursor over the icon to view the names of the assigned role sets in the tooltip

Click this icon to log on as this user (only available for users with the authorization set Superuser)

User name

User's login name (not available for contact persons)

First name

First name of the user

Last name

Surname of the use

Company

Company of the user

Partner number

BBG partner number, if this was entered in the Company profile - Master data tab

Valid from

Date on which the user's access becomes valid. The user cannot log on to the system before this date

Valid until

Date on which the user's access expires. The user cannot log on to the system after this date

State

Status of the user
