Users list - Rights tab

Page finder

This page displays a list of all users that you are permitted to edit with information about their access rights. Which users are displayed here and which information you can edit depends on your rights as a company administrator. You can create, edit and delete users.

You can search for specific entries in the list (see Searching for information) and change the way the list is displayed (see Working with lists).

The following information is displayed:

Column

Description

Details

displays details of the user profile

indicates a user who has been assigned to a role set. Position the mouse cursor over the icon to view the names of the assigned role sets in the tooltip

Click this icon to log on as this user (only available for users with the authorization set Superuser)

Last name

Surname of the use

First name

First name of the userr

User name

User's login name (not available for contact persons)

Company

Name of the requester

User groups

User groups to which the user is assigned

Security roles

Role sets to which the user is assigned

Authorizations

Authorization sets that are assigned to the user

Valid from

Date on which the user's access becomes valid. The user cannot log on to the system before this date

Valid until

Date on which the user's access expires. The user cannot log on to the system after this date

Last change

Date on which changes were last made in the user profile

Creation date

Date on which the user was created

Region

Region numbers that are assigned to the user

Disabled

indicates that the user's access has been disabled. The user cannot log on to the system

Power User

indicates that the user is a power user

Portal Login

indicates that the user can access the system via a portal

Freeform

indicates that the user may create freeform orders
