Check budgets (scheduled task)
This task deals with all messages and value resetting according to budget templates.
Check budget warnings
If set, the task checks whether warnings with regard to budgets falling below their warning levels are to be sent and, if so, sends them.
Check exhausted budget
If this option has been selected, the task checks whether budgets have expired and sends any necessary messages.
Reset budgets
The annual budget is reset here in January.
In order to be able to update daily, weekly, monthly and annual budgets, the budget must be allocated a budget template. A budget template is created when creating a budget using the "Automatically create template" checkbox. This means that when the user, project etc. is saved, a budget template is automatically created with the values entered for the budget and this template is allocated to the budget. It can be edited under Admin/Budget template.

In the companies' master data, you can specify a start month for the financial year, which is then used here. The month specified here is used if no information is found. |
Recommended execution interval
Depending on the budgets or budget templates used, once a day, weekly or monthly. Of course, to reset a daily budget it is necessary to execute this task every day.
