File e-mail exporter (scheduled task)
The e-mail exporter file sends e-mails with file attachments from a system directory to the recipient entered. The files are not processed or converted (or at most they are zipped, if selected) and their content is therefore irrelevant to the task.
As usual, the specified directory (under "Path") must contain the sub-directories "Todo", "Error" and "Done".

You can send the files individually by e-mail or first "bundle" the files and then send them collectively (useful for zipped files, for example) |

SMTP server for sending error messages. |

This field must contain a valid e-mail address here, as the system cannot determine a default recipient for these files. |

A copy of the e-mail can optionally be sent to this address (e.g. for checking). |
Save file attachments as ZIP file
The XML file for the CBL order data and all file attachments are packed in advance using ZIP.
Send encrypted (S/Mime)
This should only be selected if the supplier supports it and the corresponding certificate is available on the server for the application. If the password for the certificate is not saved in the configuration file, this option is not available
