Importer for currency conversion rates (scheduled task)
It is possible to import daily exchange rates into the system , and also to use these in the ordering process if desired. The rates are available free of charge by e-mail from http://www.xe.net/cus/ and sent to a specified mailbox which can be queried by the system.

Login for the mailbox on the POP3 server. |

Inform sender in case of error
Sends an error message to the sender, if problems arise with the processing. This is a general feature with imports from an e-mail mailbox and should always be deselected here.
Delete messages from the mailbox
Processed e-mails are deleted from the mailbox in order to ensure that they are not imported twice.
Use imported rates immediately
Applies the imported currency rates to the conversion rates officially used in the system . All prices displayed will be changed immediately.
Please only select this if this is expressly desired.
Recommended execution interval
Depending on the desired refresh period approx. once a day to once a month.
