In addition to accounting data, this task is also responsible for numbering schemes, but not for budgets (for these see the Check budgets” task).
If the end date has been reached for a control structure (cost centres, cost types, projects or credit cards) and the numbering schemes, these must be deactivated. With this task, the status is set to “closed” or “expired”, and a message sent to the manager (if recorded in the corresponding control structure or numbering scheme).
In addition, the task checks whether the advance warning date of a control structure or numbering scheme has been reached and where applicable sends a warning message to the manager. Of course, this is only if the manager has been recorded.
Parameters
None.
Recommended execution interval
Logically once per day, shortly after 12:00 midnight for the timely termination of control structures/numbering schemes, and to activate the successor in the case of numbering schemes.
Note: If the value of numbering schemes expires or if a warning is to be sent regarding their value, this is done by using numbers, i.e. for example, during order creation in an order numbering scheme.
