Catalog filter - Catalogs tab

Page finder

On this page you can filter a catalog. The page is divided into the following tabs, which guide you through the filter process. Click the Next and Back buttons to move between the tabs.

Catalogs

In this tab you can select the original catalogs that you want to filter. Activate the appropriate check boxes. Click the icon to select all catalogs and the icon to deselect all catalogs.

Filter set

In this tab, only the filters that you selected on the Catalog filters page are displayed. You can check and correct your selection. The selected filters will be applied to the selected catalogs.

Create

In this tab, all new catalogs that will be created are displayed. Enter the following information and click Next. The catalog view is generated by the scheduled task and is statically available immediately. The newly created user catalogs are displayed on the User catalogs page.

Option

Description

Name

Displays the name of the new catalogs with the suffix in the name that was entered in the Suffix field when the filter was created. Deactivate the check box next to a catalog to remove it from the filter.

Match code

Displays the description that was entered in the Match code field when the filter was created, that is, the description that was entered as "Note" in the catalog view (user catalog) to be used

Replace existing catalog

Activate this check box if the old catalog should be replaced.

Update full-text index

Activate this check box if the full-text index should be updated. If you deactivate this check box, you can update the full-text index at a later time.

Done

This tab confirms that the filter has been applied and the necessary tasks scheduled. You are notified by a message in the lobby when the new catalogs have been created.
