Complaints configurations list

This page displays a list of all available complaint configurations. Complaint configurations determine which treatments can be selected when complaints are issued. You can select individual settings for each complaint reason. See Complaints - Reasons and treatments for more information. Complaint configurations can be assigned in the Goods received & complaints tab of the basic contract. If no complaint configuration is assigned to the basic contract, there are no restrictions on the treatments that users can select when they issue complaints.

You can search for specific entries in the list (see Searching for information) and change the way the list is displayed (see Working with lists).

displays details of the complaint configuration

Owning company

Name of the company responsible for administration of the complaint configuration. Only buyers from this company can issue complaints.

Name of the complaint configuration
