Quantity requests list (Workspace)

This page displays a list of all quantity requests that you have sent to users.

The page is divided into two tabs:

Tab	Description
Quantity requests	Displays all quantity requests that have not yet been included in a purchase order
Quantity requests finished	Displays all quantity requests that have already been ordered

You can search for specific entries in the list (see Searching for information) and change the way the list is displayed (see Working with lists).

The following information is displayed:

Column	Description
Details	Shows and hides further levels of detail (item, request reply) Selects the quantity request for further processing, for example, for transfer to the basket Note: You can only select single quantity requests for transfer to the basket. displays the details of the quantity request
Name	At product: Name of the quantity request At item level: Article number and description of the product. Click the icon to display the product details At request reply level: Name of the requester
Company	At product level: Supplier name At request reply level: Name of the requester's company
Number of replies	At request level: Number of replies to the quantity request that have been submitted At product level: Requested quantity of the product At request reply level: Requested quantity per requester
