Random samples list
Page finderThis page displays a list of all random samples. Random samples are set in the basic contract. A separate numbering scheme can be created for random samples.
You can search for specific entries in the list (see Searching for information) and change the way the list is displayed (see Working with lists).
The following information is displayed:

Number |
Number of the randoma sample. Click on the number to display the Random sample details. |
Link type |
Currently only a request item is possible as a link type (i.e. random samples are created when an order request item is created and relate to the sampling ratio of the items and not, for example, to the order request heading). |
Status |
Random samples can be New, OK (random sample checked and OK) and Faulty (random sample checked and not OK). |
Creation date |
Date on which the random sample was taken. |
Date checked |
Date on which the random sample was checked. |
User |
Name of the user who created or checked the random sample. Before checking (“new” status), the name of the user who created the sample is displayed. After the check (OK or Faulty status) the name of the user initiating the check is displayed. |
