Random sample - Details

This page gives detailed information on a random sample. Here you can check new random samples and assess them as OK or faulty. Taking random samples is determined in the basic contract.

Evaluating random samples

Option	Meaning
	You can write and look at comments on the random sample. See also Comments .
OK	Select this button if you have checked the random sample and wish to book it as correct. The random sample is given the OK status. Note: This button only appears if the random sample has the status New.
Not OK	Select this button if you have checked the random sample and wish to book it as incorrect. The random sample is given the status faulty. Note: This button only appears if the random sample has the status New.

Select this button if you have checked the random sample and wish to book it as incorrect. The random sample is given the status faulty.

Look at information on a random sample

In the top field of the dialogue box you will see general information on a random sample:

Option	Meaning
Number	Number automatically allocated to the random sample.
Creation date	Date on which the random sample was created
Link type	Currently only the request item is possible as a link type.
Basic contract	Name of the basic contract in which the taking of the random sample has been determined.
Checked	States whether the random sample has already been analysed.
Date checked	Date on which the random sample was analysed.
User	Name of the user who created the random sample (if status “New”) or checked it (if status “OK” or “faulty”).
Status	Random sample status. See Random samples .

The bottom field of the page gives detailed information on this random sample as a table, e.g. name (serial number), order date, company, customer etc.

Depending on the status you will see information on the request, the order, the delivery note and the invoice.
