Creating and editing amount contracts

You can restrict the maximum order value or the maximum order amount for a basic contract or certain products of a basic contract by creating value contracts and amount contracts. You can find further information about value and amount contracts under Managing budget contracts and quotas.

A maximum amount / quantity is entered for an amount contract. Orders may not exceed this amount / quantity. Maximum quantities are split up to separate products (for example paper A4 white 80 gr, folder A4 4 cm). Amount contracts can only be created for single products.

1. On the page supplier administration click the link Budget contracts and quotas.
2. The page Budget contracts and quotas is displayed.
3. Click:
   • the button New entry to create new budget contracts for a basic contract. For a new budget contract, you first have to select or enter a basic contract.
   • the icon to edit an existing entry

   The page Budget contracts and quotas is displayed.

   On the tab Summary you see an overview and statistics about all value contracts and amount contracts that have been created for this basic contract.

4. Click the tab Products.
5. Click the button Add amount contracts for product.

   Entry fields for the creation of a contract are displayed.

6. In the first entry field, enter the name of the product or search for it.
7. In the field Start value, enter the net start value for the amount contract and in the field Residual value, enter the current net residual value for the amount contract.

   The data in Consumption and Consumption rate as well as the total values are calculated and entered automatically after you have saved or changed to another tab.

8. Click:
   • the icon   to delete an amount contract
   • the icon   to enter quota for the amount contract (see ...)
   • the button Add amount contract, to add another value contract
   • the button Save to save your entries
