View contract overflows
You can view an overview of all value contracts and amount contract that have been exceeded. A budget contract is exceeded when the quantity ordered exceeds the current residual value of the budget contract or its quotas. You can find further information about budget contracts and quotas under Managing budget contracts and quotas.
The person ordering the goods is informed that the contract has been exceeded. He can remove the products from the basket or reduce the quantity ordered. The purchaserregional manager responsible for the basic contract is informed about the overflow by email and in his lobby.
