Order confirmation items list

This page displays a list of all individual order confirmation items. Order confirmation items can be edited until they are closed.

The page is divided into the following tabs:

Tab	Description
Overview	Displays all order confirmation items regardless of their status.
Open	Displays only the order items for which an order confirmation has been created. You can edit the order confirmations as long as the purchase order has not been closed.
Closed	Displays only order confirmations that are closed. You cannot edit closed order confirmations.

You can search for specific entries in the list (see Searching for information) and change the way the list is displayed (see Working with lists).

The following information is displayed:

Column	Description
Details	Displays details of the order confirmation.
Number	Order confirmation number for the entire order.
Reference supplier	Number of the order confirmation for this item.
Order number	Order Number of the ordering company.
Basket number / Order number	Basket number (BNo.) of the basket and order number (ONo.) of the buying company.
Expected delivery date	If a desired delivery date was entered for the basket or item, this date is displayed here. If no desired delivery date was entered in the basket, the latest delivery date, calculated on the basis of the normal delivery time from the catalog (or from the basic contract, if not specified in the catalog).
Confirmed delivery date	The delivery date given in the order confirmation.
Status	Status of the order.
Expected amount	Quantity ordered
Confirmed amount	Quantity confirmed in the order confirmation.
Expected price	Total net price given in the order.
Confirmed price	Total net price given in the order confirmation.
Supplier	Name of the supplier
Product	Product name from the catalog.
	Prints the purchase order as a PDF file.
