Overview

Displays all order confirmations regardless of their status.

Open

Displays only the order items for which an order confirmation has been created. You can edit the order confirmations as long as the purchase order has not been closed.

Closed

Displays only orders that are closed. You cannot edit order confirmations for closed orders.

Number

Order confirmation number for the entire order.

Supplier

At order level: Name of the supplier

At item level: Number of the order confirmation for the item

Basket number / Order number

At order level: Basket number (BNo.) of the basket and order number (ONo.) of the buying company. Click the basket number to view details of the purchase request and click the order number to view details of the order.

At item level: Purchasing company order number of the order to which the item belongs

Status

Status of the order or item

Expected amount

At order level: total ordered quantity for the order

At item level: ordered quantity for the item

Confirmed amount

At order level: confirmed total quantity for the order

At item level: confirmed quantity for the item

Expected price

At order level: total net price given in the order

At item level: net price for the item given in the order

Confirmed price

At order level: confirmed total net price for the order

At item level: confirmed total net price for the item

Expected delivery date

At order level: If a desired delivery date was entered for the basket or item, this date is displayed here. If different desired delivery dates have been given for the items of the order, the earliest desired delivery date and the latest desired delivery date are displayed.

At item level: Desired delivery date for the item.

Confirmed delivery date

Delivery date confirmed by the supplier for the item. If different delivery dates have been given for the items of the order, the earliest confirmed delivery date and the latest confirmed delivery date are displayed.

Creation user

Name of the user who created the order confirmation

Prints the order confirmation as a PDF file.
