On this page you can create, edit or delete a user catalog.
Note: If you delete a user catalog with an original supplier catalog, it will no longer be possible to access the supplier catalog.

Activate this option if the catalog should not be displayed in the catalog structure. You should only activate this option for catalogs that form the basis for freeform orders (see Catalog types for more information). |
Classification catalog |
If this option is activated, the catalog is a classification catalog. |
Catalog view |
In this field the catalog view is displayed. |
Supplier catalogs

If the user catalog is an original supplier catalog, the name of the supplier catalog is only displayed. These user catalogs are normally created automatically when importing the supplier catalog. |

Select the original supplier catalog to which the user catalog should be assigned |
Display different catalogs |
All catalogs from which products are used are entered for eCl@ss catalogs, super catalogs, core catalogs or a user catalog you have created with the Catalog Editor. |
Update |
Use this button to update the catalog assignments. |
Owning company |
Name of the company responsible for the catalog. Only company administrators of this company may edit the catalog. |
Authorization for buyer companies
In this section, you can assign buying companies to the user catalog. This assignment only determines which user are authorized to edit or assign the catalog. To make the catalog available to companies and users, the catalog must be assigned in the Groups tab of the company profile or user profile.
Note: The rights for companies can be set as early as the catalog import stage.
Note: If the assignment to your own company is cancelled, this can only be restored by a catalog manager of a super company assigned here.
