Supplier: Requests for quotation list

This page displays a list of all requests for quotation that have been sent to you.

The page is divided into the following tabs:

Tab	Description
Open RFQs	Displays only requests to which you have not yet replied
Closed RFQs	Displays only requests to which you have already sent a reply or requests that you or the buyer has cancelled

You can search for specific entries in the list (see Searching for information) and change the way the list is displayed (see Working with lists).

The following information is displayed:

Column	Description
Details	Click this icon to view details of a request for quotation or to send a reply
Product	Description of the product
Buyer	Name of the person who sent the request
Status	Status of the request
Amount	Requested quantity of the product
Price	If you have entered a price in the request, this price is displayed here
Date	Date on which the request for quotation or the reply was sent
Valid until	If you have entered a validity date for the price in the request, this date is displayed here
