Managing multimedia data

You can add multimedia data such as images and text-files to catalogs and products, that are displayed to the user in the catalog. These multimedia data are normally added automatically when importing a catalog, but they can also be added to the system afterwards.

1. On the page Catalog administration, click the link Multimedia data.

   The page Multimedia data is displayed. All multimedia data that are stored in the Impact Ordering system are listed on this page.

2. Click:
   • the button New entry, to add a new file.
   • the icon to edit an existing file.

   The page Multimedia is displayed.

3. In the section Multimedia-Details you enter information on the file. Select the menu item Help to display detailed information about these fields.
4. You can also create relations between a multimedia file and a product, a product group or a company. Enter the ID in this section and click the button Create relation. The file is then displayed with the products or product groups of the indicated companies.
5. Click Save.
