Printing information

You can print most of the information that you see in Impact Ordering. To print information, the Adobe Acrobat reader must be installed on your system.

You can print lists, such as the Purchase Orders list or your Status lists, and you can print individual objects in the system, such as baskets, purchase requests or delivery notes.

Printing does not send the information directly to your printer. Instead, a formatted PDF file containing the information is created. You can then print the information or save the information to disk from within the Adobe Acrobat Reader.

On some pages, the icon is displayed, on other pages a Print button is displayed. Click the icon or the button to create a PDF file.
