On the company profile page you can view and edit the data for a company.
Note: Company administrators who are assigned to a specific company can edit all data for subsidiaries of that company, but cannot edit all data for the company itself.
To display the company profile page:
The Companies list is displayed.
The company profile page is divided into the following tabs:

Enter general information about the company and define company attributes. |

Assign addresses and distributors to the company. You can also add multimedia files, text and Internet links to the company profile. |

Assign authorization sets, user groups, purchasers, purchaser groups, catalogs and conditions that can be used by employees of the company. |

Specify budgets for the company and define settings for accounting control structures. For example, you can define whether users must select a project or cost centre when they submit a basket. |

Assign product groups to the company. |
|
Define the company as a client company. Client companies may have special settings that differ from those used in the standard system or by the client company's parent company. |

Define settings for interfaces to external systems such as HV SAP or ELAK and assign purchasing organisations to which these settings apply. This data is only necessary if the data of requests should be passed to the external system after the requests have been approved. |

Specify contact persons for the company. |
