Overview

Displays all order confirmations regardless of their status.

Open

Displays only the order items for which an order confirmation has been created. You can edit the order confirmations as long as the purchase order has not been closed.

Closed

Displays only orders that are closed. You cannot edit order confirmations for closed orders.

At order level: Supplier reference number for the order

At item level: Number of the order confirmation for the item

Supplier

At order level: Name of the supplier

At item level: Article description from the catalog

Order number

Order number of ordering company. Click the order number to display details of the order

Expected amount

At order level: Total quantity for the order

At item level: Quantity ordered for the item

Confirmed amount

At order level: Total quantity confirmed for the order

At item level: Quantity confirmed for the item

Expected delivery date

At order level: Desired delivery date, manually entered by the buyer or calculated by on the basis of the standard delivery time given in the catalog (or in the basic contract, if not specified in the catalog). If different delivery dates are given, each the earliest and the latest favoured are shown

At item level: Desired delivery date for the item. If a desired delivery date has been specified for at least one item that lies before the latest delivery date, this date is displayed

Confirmed delivery date

At order level: Delivery date confirmed by the supplier. If different delivery dates have been confirmed for the order items, the earliest confirmed delivery date and the latest confirmed delivery date are displayed

On item level: Confirmed delivery date for the item

Prints the order confirmation as a PDF file
